Whether it is a spreadsheet with names and addresses or a sophisticated
corporate CRM solution, almost all nonprofits have some mechanism to
track their donors, volunteers and other stakeholders.
The seminar will provide a brief review of the existing CRM
solutions. The review will provide a gauge to what application is best
for your organization given the level of financial and staff time
investment necessary for effective implementation.
The seminar will also provide some early strategies in a relatively
unexplored topic on how to leverage your existing data in the 2.0 world
including the following:
- Using 2.0 tools such as tagging within CRM systems to improve quality of data.
- Tracking 2.0 technologies such as blogging with CRM system
- Connecting CRM with 2.0 tools through content management systems
